The name "Harmonia" encapsulates the core design principles of seamless integration, privacy, and balance. The concept of harmony signifies the seamless blending of the villa with its surrounding outdoor environment, creating a tranquil and unified living space.

Client Requirments
The client's primary objective is to have a design that seamlessly blends with the outdoor environment while ensuring privacy within different sections of the villa. Our design strategy revolves around incorporating distinctive elements to establish an axial line and imbue the facade with a unique character, all while considering thermal gain and sun path dynamics.
The main entrance area serves as a welcoming space, accommodating the guest area, majlis, and dining room. To ensure privacy, the form of the villa recesses on the west facade, creating a second entrance exclusively for the family. This entrance opens up to a double-height space featuring a captivating staircase, while also providing access to an outdoor area and a serene swimming pool at the back.
The amenities area is thoughtfully oriented to the north and carefully enveloped by the surrounding masses. This arrangement not only allows for optimal natural light but also creates voids and shaded areas that cater to various activities throughout the day, accommodating the diverse needs of the residents.
