We are thrilled to unveil our newest project, where the client's vision to redesign the entire facade while maintaining the existing planning. The design brief was clear: create a space that embodies simplicity and minimalism, yet is rich in materiality.

Simplicity and Pure Forms

The facade has been meticulously crafted to enhance these values, featuring clean lines, simple forms, and the use of perforated bricks. These elements not only uphold the minimalist aesthetic but also provide a beautiful play of light and shadow. Soft, filtered light streams into the interior spaces, ensuring privacy while fostering a dynamic and comfortable living environment.

A Tranquil Outdoor Space for Family and Gatherings

Designed in a U-shape and oriented towards the east to minimize sun exposure, the villa is an open, inclusive space that fosters togetherness. Whether hosting intimate family moments or larger gatherings, the design encourages a seamless transition between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Dynamic Light and Shadow Play

The use of perforated bricks on the facade not only adds texture but also allows soft, filtered light to enter the interior, creating a dynamic play of light and shadow that enhances the living experience within the villa.

Palette of Materiality

We chose earthy, subtle finishes and materials, including tadelakt, to achieve smooth yet understated surfaces. This careful selection of materials brings a tactile richness to the villa, adding to its warmth and inviting atmosphere.
